摘要(Abstract)：
以加德满都谷地世界文化遗产管理实践为研究对象，系统梳理1989—2024年联合国教科文组织发布的保护报告，划分管理历程为4个关键阶段。通过分析文化遗产管理机制，提炼出“本土化与国际化协同治理”“物质与非物质文化遗产整合保护”两大核心特征，探讨对我国文化遗产保护的启示。
Taking the management practices of the Kathmandu Valley World Heritage Property as the research object, the protection reports issued by UNESCO from 1989 to 2024 are systematically reviewed, dividing its management history into four key stages. By analyzing its cultural heritage management mechanism, two core characteristics are extracted: “localized and international collaborative governance” and “integrated protection of tangible and intangible cultural heritage”. The implications for the protection of Chinese cultural heritage are discussed.
