摘要(Abstract)：

随着我国进入深度老龄化阶段，居家养老已成为主流养老模式。卫生间是老年人在住宅中发生意外的高频场所，通过剖析老年人生理、心理特点及差异化使用需求，系统梳理卫生间适老化设计现存短板，从空间布局、设施配置、细节关怀等维度针对性提出适老化策略，探索适老化与智能化的有机融合路径，助力提升老年人居家养老的安全性与品质感，积极推进人口老龄化战略落地。
As China enters a stage of profound aging, home-based care has become the mainstream elderly care model. The bathroom is a high-frequency place where accidents occur for the elderly in their residences. By analyzing their physiological and psychological characteristics and differentiated usage needs, the shortcomings of bathroom aging-friendly design are systematically sorted out, and targeted aging-friendly strategies are proposed from dimensions such as spatial layout, facility configuration, and detail care. It explores the organic integration paths of aging-friendliness and intelligence, helps enhance the safety and quality of elderly home-based care, and actively promotes the implementation of the population aging strategy.
