摘要(Abstract)：

随着我国“体育强国”战略的深入推进，面向专业赛事的高标准游泳馆建设进入新阶段。如何在满足顶级赛事功能要求的同时，兼顾赛后运营效益、文化表达与绿色可持续，成为设计的核心挑战。以雄安体育中心游泳馆为例，从设计理念、空间组织、泳池工艺、看台视线及绿色技术等维度，系统梳理甲级赛事游泳馆设计的关键策略，为同类型项目提供理论与实践参考。
With the deep implementation of China's “Sports Power” strategy, the construction of high-standard swimming pools for professional competition events has entered a new stage. How to meet the functional requirements of top-level competition events while also considering post-event operational benefits, cultural expression, and green sustainability has become the core challenge in design. Taking the Swimming Pool of Xiong'an Sports Center as an example, it systematically explores the key strategies for the design of Class A competition event swimming pools from dimensions such as design concept, space organization, pool technology, spectator viewing lines, and green technologies, providing theoretical and practical references for similar projects.
