摘要(Abstract)：

在城镇化高质量发展阶段，核心街道是展现城市风貌、承载空间活力的关键载体。当前新区建设普遍存在规划与实施脱节、风貌趋同、传导机制缺位等问题。以廊坊临空经济区为实践样本，构建“宏观统筹-中观导则-微观图则”三级精细化风貌管控体系，通过城市设计与建筑设计协同联动、分级分类精准管控、街道界面精细化塑造、全周期传导机制落地，实现核心街道形态有序、界面鲜活、风貌独特、实施高效的建设目标，为京津冀同类新区核心街道风貌管控提供可复制、可推广的实践范式。
In the stage of high-quality urbanization development, core streets serve as crucial carriers that showcase the urban style and vitality of spaces. Currently, the construction of new districts generally faces issues such as the disconnect between planning and implementation, homogenization of styles, and the absence of transmission mechanisms. Taking the Langfang Airport Economic Zone as a practical example, a three-level refined style control system of “macro-level coordination-meso-level guidelines-micro-level plans” is established. Through the collaborative linkage of urban design and architectural design, precise control by classification and grading, refined shaping of street interfaces, and the implementation of a full-cycle transmission mechanism, the construction goal of achieving orderly core street forms, vibrant interfaces, unique styles, and efficient implementation is realized. It provides a replicable and scalable practical paradigm for the style control of core streets in similar new districts in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
